How do I end my subscription?

To end your DASH subscription, simply log in to your account at employee.dashrides.com and click 'end' next to the relevant agreement. You will then need to follow the returns process before confirming that you would like to end your subscription.


During the process, you will be asked if you are leaving the company - in this case please enter your leaving date as we will need to have your bike returned ahead of this date.


You will also be asked to choose how you would like to return your bike, either via courier for a fee or by bringing the bike directly back to us. If you choose the courier option, the pickup charge will be added to your final deduction for your DASH subscription. Additionally, please let us know if you need a bike box to send your bike back in (there is no additional charge for this service).


When selecting a date for your bike to be returned, please be aware that we may not be able to collect your bike on your desired date. However, we will endeavour to collect it as close to this date as possible, and a member of the team will be in contact to arrange this.


Once you have chosen your return option, you will be shown a breakdown of any charges that will be added to your final deduction, including an early exit fee (if you are within your commitment period), and/or a return fee (for using our courier service).
