Once we have received your request to end your subscription and return your bike, we will be in touch with you to organise this. Returns can be completed either by our courier partner, for a fee, or directly to our facility in W10, for free.
If you opt to return your bike via our courier partner you'll need to box it up either in the original box the bike was delivered in, or we can send you a new one if you no longer have it.
Remember that you'll also need to return your lock, helmet, charger and any keys with the bike. If you don't, you may be charged in line with the replacement cost of any missing accessories or components.
