What happens if I extend my subscription?

DASH subscriptions are designed with flexibility in mind. This means that you can initially sign up for a month to try your chosen bike, and if you like it you can then extend your stay with us and lower your price.

When you sign up to DASH, you are able to choose how long you would like to commit for. We have a range of options designed to suit everyone, from 1 to 18 months. The longer you commit, the cheaper your price.

Many customers will initially only sign up for a short commitment period that allows them to try the bike, and gives them the flexibility to end or upgrade their subscription if they do not like their chosen bike.

If you decide that you like the bike and want to keep it for longer, we suggest that you extend your subscription, which can be done via your account - just click 'extend'. You will then be able to choose a new commitment length with a new monthly price.

Whilst this is called an 'extension' you will be signing a new agreement with DASH, and once approved by your employer will come into effect and your old agreement will automatically end (with no additional charges added).

On the subsequent payroll date, you will likely be charged a final deduction for your previous contract (if there were any outstanding charges), as well as your new monthly amount.
