You can upgrade your DASH subscription once outside of your commitment period by heading to your DASH account (here) and clicking 'upgrade'.
From there, you will be able to choose your new bike and commitment length. Once your order has been approved, we will get in touch to arrange the delivery of your new bike, and the collection of your old bike.
We also offer a swap over service at our facility in W10 so that you can drop off your old bike and pick up your new bike at the same time.
Please note: the upgrade feature is only available once you are outside of your commitment period. If you have any questions about upgrades, please let us know by submitting a ticket.
