When does my subscription end?

A DASH subscription is monthly rolling, so it will only end when you tell us you want it to. In certain circumstances you will have to end it due to external factors, such as if you're leaving the company.

When you register, you can choose a 'plan length' which is the minimum period you would like to commit to. Inside of this period, you can still end your subscription but there will be an early exit penalty. This amount can be seen on the final step of the returns process after clicking 'end'. Outside of your commitment period, you will not incur any penalty for ending your subscription.

If you're leaving the company, regardless of whether you are inside your commitment period, you will have to end your subscription with us and return your bike.
