Do you have a notice period when ending a subscription?

Every DASH subscription has a standard 30 day notice period when ending your agreement. As a result, we suggest giving us as much notice as possible when you wish to end your subscription.

We will only ever charge you for the days you've had your DASH bike, however when ending your agreement, if you choose a return date less than 30 days from now, we will charge you for those days as part of our standard notice period.

This notice period applies whether you are within or outside of your commitment period.
