I'm leaving the company, what should I do?

If you're leaving your company and have a DASH subscription, you will need to end it, and we would suggest doing this as soon as possible. Head to your account, and click 'end' to follow the steps to return your bike.


In some cases, your employer may have already told us you're leaving and in this case we will get in touch with you to advise what the best course of action is.


Our suggestion is always to give us as much notice as possible, so that we can organise the return of your bike, and inform your payroll team of the final deduction amount ahead of you leaving the company.


You cannot keep your DASH bike or any of the accessories after you have left the company. However, if you are moving to a different company, speak with their HR team to see if DASH is already set up.
