My lights aren't working

If your lights aren't working, it's likely that a connector has come loose. You should inspect the cable and ensure it's correctly plugged in, if this doesn't resolve the issue, check for damage.


In some cases we may need to replace your light or cable - it's important to resolve this issue quickly, you should not ride your e-bike in the dark or low light conditions with faulty lights.
