Why is my battery not charging?
If your battery is not charging, it may mean that there is an issue with the battery or charger.
Can I check if battery or charger is damaged?
To check this, first turn on the bike and check how much charge the battery has. If it is not fully charged then place the battery on charge. The lights on the battery should show 2 red lights, which indicates that the battery is charging. If the charger shows one red and one green light then it means that the battery is not taking on more charge and that the battery or charger may be damaged.
