Why is my battery not charging?
If your battery is not charging, it may mean that there is an issue with the battery or charger.
Can I check if battery or charger is damaged?
To check this, first press and hold the small button with the battery icon on top of the battery. This will show you how much charge the battery has. If the battery shows anything other than 100% then place the battery on charge. The lights on the battery should show 2 red lights, which indicates that the battery is charging. If the charger shows one red and one green light then it means that the battery is not taking on more charge and that the battery or charger may be damaged.
