We use a courier partner to deliver our bikes. From time to time a member of the DASH team may drop the bike off to you directly. In any case, before shipping we will get in touch with you.
If the bike is sent via our courier partner, you will be able to choose a delivery slot once dispatched from our facility. All of this information will be communicated to you by a member of our team after your order has been approved.
If you wish to collect your bike from us, that's fine too. We're based in W10, and are open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. You'll have the option to book a collection in the order confirmation email you receive once your order is approved.
