When will I receive my bike?

All of our e-bikes are listed with an expected lead time - these are updated weekly to reflect our stock levels.

Only once your order has been approved by your employer can we start to get your bike ready. After approval, in most cases, you will receive your bike within 1-2 weeks. Sometimes, we may have to order your bike new from the manufacturer, which we will then safety check before shipping to you.

If you would like to collect your bike, you will have the option to book this in your order confirmation email. All collections are from our facility in W10 (Notting Hill).
