All of our e-bikes are listed with an expected lead time - these are updated weekly to reflect our stock levels. Once your order is approved, our ops team will reach out to confirm this with you.
In most cases, you will receive your bike in 1-2 weeks after ordering. Sometimes, we may have to order your bike from the manufacturer, which we will then safety check before shipping to you via our courier partner.
If you would like to get your bike sooner, we can offer collection from our facility in W10 (Notting Hill).
