If there's something wrong with your bike then please let us know by raising a support ticket. Once we have received the details, and established what work needs to be done, we will then get in touch with you to arrange a repair.
In a large number of cases, issues with your bike can rectified by a quick call with one of our team. As such, a member of the team may reach out with some suggestions/quick fixes before arranging a repair.
If a repair is needed, your bike will be fixed either by a DASH mechanic, or by one of our support partners at a bike shop that is local to you.
