I've lost my lock or helmet

If your lock or helmet is lost or broken, unfortunately these are not covered by DASH and we will have to charge you for the replacement cost.

New locks are charged at £49.95.

New helmets are charged at £49.95.

The charge will be added to your monthly subscription fee and deducted from your pay.

If you lost your lock due to your bike being stolen, or it was damaged, the £100 insurance excess covers the cost of a replacement.

If your helmet was damaged during an accident then you should tell us as we may be able to claim the cost of this as part of our theft and accident cover.
