So long as you're outside of your commitment period, you can use our 'Upgrade' button to change to a different bike.
Simply select 'Extend/Upgrade' and then 'Upgrade to a different e-bike'. This will bring you into our shop where you can browse our range. Once you've made your choice, select the model and plan length.
You will then need to confirm your delivery address, and sign a new agreement for your new bike. Once submitted, your order will go to your HR team to be approved.
After this, DASH will reach out to you to arrange the swap over from your previous e-bike to your new one at a time that suits you.
