How can I get a cheaper price?

If you're enjoying your bike and want to get a better monthly price, you can extend your plan by selecting the 'Extend' option in your DASH account.

Please note that if you're outside of your commitment period, the button will appear as 'Extend/Upgrade', and once clicked you will need to select the option that says 'Keep my e-bike and extend'.

You will then be able to select your new plan length, exactly as you did when you ordered your bike. Once you've made your choice, you will need to sign a new agreement for your new plan which will be sent to your HR team for approval.

Once approved, your new cheaper price will come into effect in next month's payroll.
