You can end your DASH subscription at any time by choosing the 'End' button in your account page.
Should you wish to cancel your agreement within the free 14-day cancellation period, then you must contact us immediately with your agreement number at hello@dashrides.com.
To end your agreement, simply select 'End'. We will ask you whether you are leaving the company, and if so, the date you are leaving.
You'll then need to select how you wish to return the bike to DASH, via courier or by dropping it off at our office, as well as the date you would like to do this. Please note that the date you select for courier collection may not be the actual date your bike is collected, and our ops team will speak to you directly to arrange this.
Lastly, you will need to confirm your termination, at which point we will show you a breakdown of any fees that apply. Note that when inside your commitment period, there will be a termination fee.
