Keeping your people data up to date is key to ensuring that DASH runs smoothly for you and your team. We suggest regular updates depending on the size of your company.
For smaller companies, we would suggest manually updating the data whenever there is a change, such as a new starter, or a leaver.
If you have a larger team, or one that changes frequently, we would suggest updating your people data between fortnightly and monthly, by using the bulk upload feature.
To update the data using this feature, navigate to the 'people' tab, and click next to 'want to update your data in bulk?'. This will bring you into the same process as when you initially added the data, and you should complete it in the same way: ensuring that all your people are in the data sheet, along with any updates - any new records will be imported, and any missing records will be deleted.
