Every DASH subscription comes with servicing and repairs as standard, if there's something wrong with your bike, be sure to contact us so we can resolve the issue!
We'll service your e-bike yearly, and before shipping it out to you, to ensure that things run smoothly. If you think you're due a service then let us know and we'll reach out to you to organise this.
If you suspect there's something wrong with your e-bike, let us know immediately. Once we are aware we can walk you through the solution, which may involve troubleshooting over the phone, visiting a local bike shop, or having a DASH mechanic come to you.
Please note that punctures are not included in the repairs offered by DASH, however we do provide every bike with a patch kit in the unfortunate case you get a flat tyre.
