If your battery won't charge you should inspect the battery and charger to check for signs of damage or wear. Make sure the charger is switched on and properly inserted into the battery.
If your battery is dirty then you should give it a wipe, ensure it is turned off first. Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the battery body and check there is no debris lodged in any connectors. If you cannot remove your battery then ensure the charging port on the bike is clear of dirt.
Before plugging your battery in your should ensure it is dry, especially around the connectors. Connect the charger and place the battery on a flat surface. You should see an indication that the battery is charging.
