I have a puncture/tyre issue

All of our e-bikes have puncture resistant tyres which greatly reduce the risk of getting a flat, however they can still occur.

Note that fixing punctures is not included in our service but we do include a patch kit. To use this, you'll need to remove the affected wheel, and access the inner tube by removing the tyre from the wheel. Once patched, inflate your tyre to the recommended pressure and leave it for a while to see if any air escapes. There are a number of online guides if you're stuck.

Alternatively, your local bike workshop will be able to fix your tyre for a small fee.
